Ghazey H. Aleck II is the founder of Aleck &
Jenkins law firm having founded the firm in 1986. Attorney
Aleck successfully litigated hundreds of fathers right cases,
criminal cases of all kinds, civil cases and appellate cases.
Ghazey Aleck received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Central
Michigan University in 1982 and a Juris Doctorates Degree from
Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1985. Ghazey Aleck was admitted
to the practice of law in May, 1986.
Attorney Aleck is a former elected prosecutor for Clare
County, Michigan, and a former police officer. He is an
experienced trial attorney and well known advocate for
father's rights.

Anthony J. Jenkins joined Attorney Aleck in
the quest to fight for father's rights in February of 1999. He
holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from
Lake Superior State College having graduated in 1993 and a
Juris Doctorates Degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School that
he obtained in 1998. Prior to joining the firm he had worked
at the Otsego County Prosecuting Attorneys office.
Mr. Jenkins has successfully litigated many father's rights
cases and successfully defended people charged with crimes all
over the State of Michigan.

Aleck and Jenkins Law Firm, P.C. also employs other
educated and trained support staff including legal secretaries and
an investigator. The firm operates as a team, all of the members of
